The name House of Wise is inspired by Brownie Wise, the creator of the Tupperware party. Brownie helped make Tupperware a household name by giving women the ability to earn their own money after World War II.

Earl Tupper (the namesake of Tupperware) hired Wise as a vice president in 1951. But when he decided to sell the company seven years later, Wise was abruptly fired, with no contract or stock, and Tupper made off with millions. A tale as old as time.

House of Wise features a collection of seven incredible CBD products. Each product is originally formulated, specially designed, and paired with additional, thoughtfully selected active ingredients to help women make the most of each day and give more intention and purpose to their daily routines.

I founded House of Wise after realizing the potential of CBD oil in my own life. Despite what you might assume, I wasn’t always totally on board with CBD. Until a few years ago, I had never used any cannabis products. I was born in a conservative Midwest home and I'm a former group-fitness instructor, marathoner, and overall health nut.

But in 2017, I found myself navigating a divorce, being a working mom to three kids, and focusing on my marketing career as VP at a major wedding industry brand. That’s when I turned to CBD out of desperation, and it truly changed my life. CBD brought me calm and focus in difficult times that years of therapy couldn’t touch. (CBD + therapy is the winning combo!)

I want to share my experience with other #WiseWomen so they can do the same, with a supportive community backing them. Cannabis products (including CBD and THC) still have a stigma surrounding them. But on the flip side, there is no stigma around alcohol, which has negative effects on your sleep cycles. I am on a mission to reverse this stigma and empower women to take control of their sleep, sex, stress, strength, and wealth with House of Wise.

I believe women are too often put in a "box" we can't get out of. I want to help other women overcome those boundaries and bring awareness to the stigmas we are up against, including living life on your own terms and building the life and financial independence you deserve.

It’s time to rise. We are Wise Women.
