DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Tinctures:
Shake well, Drop 1 ml under tongue. Hold for 60 seconds, swallow, wait, breathe.

Gummy:
Take one gummy, wait, breathe.

Serum:
Dispense 2 to 3 pumps of serum and apply topically to targeted areas. Re-apply as needed.

Merch:
Wear daily. Share socially.
